What is wrong with being ‘gay’ or ‘emo’?
Both of these terms are used in an offensive way. If Light prefers men, that’s his decision, and ‘emo’ doesn’t exist.
Think about it.
What is emo? A bunch of stereotypes, perhaps?
Yet, ‘emo’s‘ can be ‘emo’ without complying to all of the stereotypes. However, in these circumstances the public think of them as ‘emo’ with the whole package, if you will.
So, what actually is emo?
I hope this makes you think.
Afterall, predjudice would not be present in Light’s ideal world, and what you are saying is predjudiced.
Also, Light seems to act on the first impressions, a mistake in my opinion, and therefore he wouldn’t research you, only kill you.

Please do mull over this.
