It depends on your point of view. Personally, I grieve for L, but at the same time, I know Light needed it so he could be the “God”. I doubt this is the end of L, I haven’t seen the rest, but I don’t think L can be out of the series already. This may be absolutely wrong, but I’m not sure.

No,i t’s not fair,
Light was becoming a true friend to L.
Why did he have to kill him? Why?
In the end, when L was drying light’s feet, it was almost like L loved Light,they were so calme and gender.

wait wtf did rem took her action because L said that he will have a criminal who’ll be executed soon write in the deathnote and see if he dies if he doesnt rewrite it in 13 days or whatever, couldn’t Light just tell Misa Misa to kill that ‘criminal’ on the 13th day? or maybe that wasn’t the reason why Rem took action. either way…rem definately did not deserve this, but for misa misa’s sake, and yeah, omg deathnote rocks.

this is probably the most depressing episodes for me…

the rain scene almost made me cry…and when L was dying i felt so bad because i knew it was coming…

if u think about it…if light hadn’t manipulated rem into killing L for him…L might’ve actually won…

wow you ppl are gay L is the good guy here and he was awesome, if it was between L and light only, not including the death goads, or the death note, L would probably beat light because light needs to use a weapon to kill L, but L is not using anything to kill light only his knowledge. so who ever is in light’s side your pretty gay, L is so muvh cooler than light

Why does this anime have to so contradictive? One minute light is potreyed as an evil-red-eyed demon and the next he’s talking about a creation of a “Good” world without criminals…which he’ll be in charge of because he is ever so innocent himself. Who is he fooling…that SOAB! I really liked L.

atleast misa gets half her life back, i figured she was gonna die in the next episode or two otherwise. Elfen Lied was still much better in it’s characters, tragic-romance and action, but L was pretty interesting too, i wonder what his real name was..
